Four-Piling boat lifts do not require anything except 4-8 pilings strategically placed according to the manufacturer's boat lift specifications. These lifts accommodate larger capacities and have faster lift speeds. Golden "Sea Drive" Boat Lift is unquestionably the highest quality boat lift on the market. The gearbox was designed to require it to have a rating of 8,000-inch-pounds of torque. This far exceeds the 4,000-inch-pounds that the closest competitor's gearbox. Golden boat lifts can be dropped on the river bottom without tangling the cables. And waves will not move the cables from the wider. These are the only lifts on the market where all 4 corners are easily adjustable to level easily.
We are experts in installing elevator-style boat lifts. We have a crane exclusively designed to install this boat lift. We also offer folding arm elevator lifts to 40,000 pounds for extremely narrow canals. Remote controls with auto stops are necessary for safe and convenient operation. Automatic retractable arms are also available. Aluminum urethane hull supports and decking out the watercraft is usually necessary as well. Golden Boat Lifts are by far the largest producer of this style of lift. We use a minimum of 25' tracks to 10,000 pounds and longer on larger lifts. We use longer rails than our competitors, usually 40-60% longer. A lift is only as good as its foundation.
